Danielle Plaschy

Danielle Plaschy brings a people-first approach and a longstanding connection to Harvest House Ministries to the board. She is an Associate HR Strategic Partner at NAV CANADA, with a focus on people, culture and organizational strategy. Danielle previously spent nearly four years at Harvest House in office administration, fundraising and database management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Carleton University. She values collaboration and creating supportive environments where people can thrive.
