General Information:

•$130.00* per person and includes BBQ lunch, 18 holes of golf, cart, and dinner.
(*Also includes a $40.00 charitable tax receipt as per Canada Revenue agency guidelines)
• Registration is at 11:00 a.m.
• BBQ Lunch is at 12:00 p.m.
• Shot Gun Start at 1:00 p.m. (best ball)
• Many prizes to be won

Competitions:

• Longest drive (men & women)
• Closest to the hole (men & women)
• Overall Lowest team Score
• Hole in One
• Most honest golfer/team
• Contest card: $40.00 (for 5 chances) and makes you eligible for the Putting Contest as well as 5 Hole Contests.

Dinner:

A buffet dinner will be served at 6:30 pm and is included in the registration price but guests are allowed to come for dinner only if they wish at a cost of $55.00

Deadline:

Registration forms (with payment) must be received by July 5, 2016.
Entry forms will be processed as they are received.
